We work for you sourcing the most suitable cover, negotiating the best premium, the best cover and acting in the unit plan's best interests.

We are licensed to advise and recommend levels of cover, this means that we can identify gaps in your current insurance that you may not be aware of & ensure you are not paying for cover you do not need. We also stay informed as to the changes in policies and wordings that are offered and new products entering the market.

Hamilton Brokers strive to provide for you the best product, service and most importantly choice. We do not have a preferred insurer, we focus on individual requirements for each Owners’ Corporation.

What we offer you: 5 step service

1. We will provide at least 3 Quotes each year upon renewal from a panel of quality Underwriters.

2. As licensed brokers, we will provide product comparison so that you, the owner understand the differences between the products offered by insurers.

3. We are willing, when required, to attend meetings with Owners Corporations committees and present our insurance quotations and provide recommendations.

4. We employ a dedicated claims manager. Their responsibility is to look after all claims regardless of the complexity. There is no charge for this – we see it as part of our responsibility to all our clients.

5. If funding is an issue, we can arrange premium funding to allow the repayments to spread out over a 12 month period.

As you would be aware, your agent is currently receiving commission for placing your insurance policy. By appointing us to carry out this function, you are guaranteed the above levels of service.
